Eliminate the chaos. Make sure you finish your day by preparing for tomorrow’s work, and take a few minutes at the start of each day to list your priorities for the day ahead.
No matter how bad you feel, you’re not alone. Your friends and family want to be there for you, and there are many medical professionals such as psychiatrists and counsellors who can help you figure things out.
Take a Break

Take Care of Yourself
