Dress code
Well, as for me, the dress code is not as important as for the big entreprises, but I always love to see a man wearing a suit – but not a uniform! People who are wearing uniforms do not seem to have a specific identity, reason why they seem to lose anything that has to deal with their appearance. This is the same reason why, as for many people, working on a domain where everyone dresses the way they feel and like is the best thing to do – whether on a suit, or PJs, or anything at all.
Conversation skills
There is no better work place than one in which the conversation skills are the best to work upon. Trust me, working on these things will help you be better, stronger and have such a pleasant work environment that you will not wish to ever get rid of! Any why would you, since everyone would express their feelings by words and no one would ever get hurt, frustrated or even mad at the other one? There is no chance to get wrong.
Office
Believe it or not, the way your office looks like will always inspire or not your real job. This is the main reason why decorating your office will make you appreciate more what you have and give you a sign of your main identity and the one you wish to show to the world. So, from now on, the first thing to do would be decorating your office the way you want in order to express your own state of mind and you own being!
