Parking Panda is a young and rapidly growing startup with a vision for making parking painless and inexpensive. Parking Panda is a community marketplace for parking.
Our product allows parking space owners to capitalize on their underutilized parking spaces by renting them out to a community of drivers. People in need of parking can save money and time by reserving a parking space in advance on the web or by booking a parking space directly from their mobile phone.
As you can see, if you already find yourself on the road and in trouble of finding a parking space, you can use your smartphone and book a spot live from your phone and go to the place you booked.

And as I could notice, they are not available in every country, but they are working on expanding their list of places where ParkingPanda will be used.
How to Make Money With ParkingPanda?
It’ really easy, all you need to do is to create your account for free, set the place where you are renting your driveway, and the price of course.
Upload nice picture of yourself and your driveway so that people can know who you are, and what kind of parking place you offer.
There are two options available for renting, on daily and monthly basis. You can also use calendar once inside, to set the days you want your space to be available.
ParkingPanda will take 20% commission and will send you a check to your address, I’m not sure what is minimal amount required to be payed, they didn’t set that info. on the website yet.
