Morning is said to be the most important moment of the day… the one that draws your entire day, the one in which you can eat whatever you want and also, the one that would mess you entire day up! Still, such experiences should not interfere with us, mainly if we are all organised with a great routine to follow step by step. Yes! Jogging is the very best thing to start your day with. I know it might be just impossible to do for some of you out there, but if you get the opportunity, please, just please, do not miss it! It is all worth it and in the end, you will have a fit body and great lungs to start your day with, in a productive way!
Breakfast – Checked
As metioned above, breakfast is the very most important aspect of the day. Not only are you able to eat now, in here, almost everything you want, but also in the biggest quantity you wish! But, of course, breakfast would need to be served before 10 a.m., more specific somewhere around 8 a.m. for the effect to be the one expected.

I know I might be creating a SPA around here rather than a morning for work, but why should we not take care of ourselves before interfering with stress? I know that before going to work, I would always light up the scented candles all around my house and of course, follow all the steps mentioned above in order to make the ritual feel at home.
