  • Unique selling point – it is important to think about how your product or service will stand out from all of the others on the market. It could be that you have a product that is very different or that you price it lower, make it better quality, pair it up with something else or anything that makes it stand out. It could be to do with the packaging, the marketing or something like that rather than the product itself.
  • Good customer service – it is so important to provide good customer service, particularly when you are just starting out. It can make a huge difference if people recommend your product to others and if you provide outstanding service they are much more likely to do so.
  • Secure and trusted site– if you want people to buy form you they will need to trust you. Even if you have secure payment systems in place, perhaps using a trusted third party company to deal with it, you still need to make sure that your customers trust you to send out the products. Try to get some reviews out there as soon as possible to make sure that potential customers can find out more about you.
