These need to be professional accounts, so keep the duckface pouty pictures on your personal ones! Social media is a great way to try and get noticed and maybe contact people in the industry that you’re in. If you take freelancing seriously, you can make loads of money from it. It will be like a full-time job, but you can work while on your sofa!

Blogging has become one of the most popular ways of making money from your home. There are many reasons for this, the first being that it’s easy to do. Anyone can start a blog. Trained chimps have probably started blogs! It’s honestly so simple, you find a blogging platform, and they do most of the hard work for you. All you need to do is pick a theme and choose the colour set and you’re ready to go. Of course, you’ll need a cool blog title and a topic to write about. For the most success possible, it makes sense to write about something you have a lot of knowledge on. If you know a lot about cars, start a car blog. It helps if your interest is something that’s widely popular. That way, there’s a chance you could get a big audience reading your blogs. But, finding a niche has its benefits too, there will be fewer blogs of the same nature to compete against.
But, how do you make money by blogging? Well, it’s almost as easy as creating the blog itself. There are sites out there that you can create an account with and request advertising for your site. These advertising sites will then fill any ad space on your blog with adverts from around the web. You’ll get paid to display these ads, but the fee will vary. The more successful you are, the more people will be willing to advertise on your site. Think about it, if you rake in more than a hundred thousand viewers a day, that’s a lot of people! The final way you can make money from home is by investing. If you become an investor, you can make a tonne of cash. Sometimes, you may be able to make heaps of money all in one day. The one drawback with investing is that you have to use some of your money to get things kick started. You need to invest your money in something, and then sell it when it increases in value. As I’m sure you’re aware, there are many things you can invest in. You can invest in the stock market, Forex, property and even land. But, we want to focus on things you can invest in from home. It’s not wise to make any property or land investments without visiting them first. But, with the stock market and forex trading, you can invest at home.
For the purpose of saving time, I’m going to focus on stock market trading here. I find it the best way for you to invest your money and start earning even more. There are plenty of shares on the stock market that alter in value on a regular basis. This presents you with the perfect opportunity for making money. Invest in shares, wait for the price to rise, then sell them to make a profit. You can them take some of that money and invest it in more shares and keep repeating. There is an element of risk involved, but also a big chance of financial reward. The more you do it, the more you start to get a feel for how the stock market works. Who knows, it could even lead to you starting an investment business from home!
