Set Goals and Limits – in Minutes or Hours
The best way to achieve your goals and be happy about yourself is by setting them. If you do not what you aim for, you will not know what you are up to do. Thus, what we recommend you is to set goals clearly, state them verbally and, if you want, write them down. On the other hand, limiting yourself to dates and deadlines might be a harmful way to start the day.
