For most of us, working is what would be put into words as stress. So much things to do in such little time seems to be the striving part we all deal with sooner or later in our working area. Still, believe it or not, there are some ways to break the habit – or to mess with the daily routine. Even though I am not such a fan of coffee, I have to admit its massive benefits on waking up your neurons. Do some Light Stretching

Believe it or not, some sport in the morning is what your body will thank you for. Your body will feel relaxed, easy and ready for a prolific day – on top of that, it gives you the necessary resources in order to stay focus and concentrated on your work. At the end of the day, you will please yourself for being kind with both your body and work! On the other hand, it doesn’t require a lot of time and is super easy to do some light stretching.
