For most of us, working is what would be put into words as stress. So much things to do in such little time seems to be the striving part we all deal with sooner or later in our working area. Still, believe it or not, there are some ways to break the habit – or to mess with the daily routine. Coffee/Tea

Even though I am not such a fan of coffee, I have to admit its massive benefits on waking up your neurons. After a long day of partying (such as Sunday night) or the horrible Friday morning when your mind is somewhere on the hot Copacabana beach, there is nothing more refreshing and more down-to-earth than a strong coffee. For those like me who are not keen on coffee, a hot cup of tea is the morning kick off!

 

Identify 3 Tasks of the Day

As human beings, we are not robots. This is the idea that you should transfere to your boss too, reason why identifying 3 tasks per day in the first 15 working minutes are ought to making you sattisfied with your work. How would it be for you to make your agenda super busy, see that you can’t handle all of the activities (since you are only one person!) and on top of that, hear your boss complaining about the deadline? I tell you – disturbing, annoying and frustrating. In this case, undelying only 3 tasks are due to make your day prolific, as well as your working experience.

Do some Light Stretching

Believe it or not, some sport in the morning is what your body will thank you for. Your body will feel relaxed, easy and ready for a prolific day – on top of that, it gives you the necessary resources in order to stay focus and concentrated on your work. At the end of the day, you will please yourself for being kind with both your body and work! On the other hand, it doesn’t require a lot of time and is super easy to do some light stretching.
