I know for sure that this might not be the general piece of advice that anyone could take up. Talk, Talk, Talk and Beg Not to Talk
It is okay to let your colleagues talk and have chats from time to time, yet only until a point. Believe it or not, you can definitely tell the people that are disturbing you that their chat or loud voice is interfering with your work, reason why your productivity rate decreases and thus, you cannot be at all focused on the main parts of what you are doing. This is definitely not the way you want to do your job.
Talk With Your Boss
Of course, this should be the very last choice of yours. In case your colleagues are not being responsive and they keen on talking even if you asked them not to, it means that it is time to go and talk to your boss and let him know about what happens. I am sure that he or she will definitely not be happy to hear about the situation, but it will be solved within minutes.
